It has to be Hopkins. Look at who he beat at 35+. Trinidad, knocked out DLH, fought 2 contreversial fights against JT, beat Wright, another controversial decision against Calzaghe.

Archie Moore.

Most experts would rate Moore the all time best in that category so I wouldn't argue it, but he wasn't fighting the caliber of competition that Hopkins is. There also is some doubt about when Moore actually did turn 40.
