Cotto is a B+ Extremely solid B+

And Mayweather is a S.... As in Superior to a grade rank period.


Mayweather's speed "that comes From" his footwork mixed with ring generalship is just too advance for boxing elites of this time. It gives the illusion of him being faster than even Roy Jones in combination. Which is not true.

You have to understand what Mayweather brings to the ring.
