What was really funny is the people that said the fight shouldn't have been stopped (I guess they wanted Jermain to get killed.) To call this a robbery is a joke, by the way.

I didn't see Taylor getting 6 Rounds. He was the man tonight if you consider power shots, but nothing more. But, Pavlik remained way too busy for Taylor to match him in points over 12 rounds. It's not like Pav was tagging Taylor with every shot, but he was landing enough to outscore Taylor in most rounds.

He threw more and landed the same as Taylor did. Taylor threw less, but the connect percentage was equal to Pavliks missed attempts.
I didn't see the punch stats but that doesn't surprise me at all. Taylor blocked or dodged several of Pavlik's punches but the volume of punches gave the illusion of superiority.

That's what I don't get. I guess they should change the scoring method. Cause this **** is ridiculous. I guess its bad to be conservative.

Don't you have to hit people to win? Cause if that's the case.... Lets all miss!!
Exactly. Taylor was not landing at a rate even remotely close to Pav. And, was too conservative thowing also. Pav was much much busier and wasn't sloppy doing it, so he outscored the guy round after round. That's simple to underatand, but seems to be missed by a lot of folks.

He won 4 rounds i think. Last 2, first and maybe 9th. And that's giving him a bonus. Some people say the last was level.

if u know how to score a fight on ring generalship and effective aggressivness the conclusion of who won is far easeir to come by IMO Cause Taylor was the superior technician [ring general] and Pavlik did 'nt use effective aggressivness

that is not a dig at u BTW
