Hopkins v Toney at 160 who wins ?

It depends, the young Hopkins who was more of an inside fighter would probably lose but the older outside fighter he became could win.

a young prime toney beats him quite easily imo, his handspeed was far too quick, fantastic combinations and a great chin

Toney by UD. prime Toney at middleweight was a force to be reckoned with. he could have easily been one of the greatest middleweights of all time if he would have kept his weight down. he would be too quick, and just too much for Hopkins at middleweight.

Saying Prime Toney when talking about his middleweight days is an oxymoron.

Toney easily. Just look at Toney's wins at 160/168 vs Hopkins wins. Hopkins could do NOTHING better in the ring than Toney except perhaps run.

true but even that version of toney at middleweight would be too much for bernard imo. he'd have too much going on, and his combination punching would set him apart
