Excuses which of course holds no ground.

Fake Floyd is just bracing for his excuses like this and that.

Funny how some people can't even see the ******ity.

i don't think he's planning excuses, i think u're looking into this too much.. he's been fighting for a long time, the body's gonna show effects, let's just take it as what it is: he's been fighting most of his life, he's 30 years old, and he's been a professional for 11 years.. of course his body has been effected from all the years of punishment, he's still gonna beat hatton, and he's still #1 p4p

How many fight that he had? Lols.

See ******ity for what it is not try to make excuses yourself.

Hatton has even more fights that him.

AND IT IS HELL OF A COMMON SENSE Fake Floyd throws 30 punches per round.

So explain to me how can that be?

        Quite illogical ey?

Those are ready made excuses uttered by a punk who HAD UTTERLY NO WORD OF HONOR.

You'd be a fool to believe that.

He was interviewed just after the fight, and he said the rumours werent true. Then a few days, maybe even a week or so he said he did have hand problems leading up to the fight, but they didnt disrupt his training AT ALL. When the reporter said some people may see this as excuse making, and asked what he would like to say in reply, he said he didnt want to take anything away from Joe on what he described as "his night". He is a real man, humble and honest to the end, and gracious in defeat. It is just a pity the same cant be said for Mayweather.

On a side note: This has just come to me, bit off topic and I apologise, but do you think Floyd would get so much stick for being boring, a coward etc, if he wasnt such an arrogant little ****?

he's not planning excuses, and i don't care who it is, u're body does wear down.. i'm not saying that floyd's has worn down so much wear it has greatly effected his fighting, but i'm sure there are some effects, obviously if he's beginning to have some problems.. if he loses, it won't be an excuse, but he's not gonna lose, i'm not a big fan of either, but i'm sure mayweather will win

i think its real, i think his hand will be a problem, the key in this fight is who has the best defence, mayweather i think his training his stomach like mad to take hattons body punches

this makes me wonder...are boxers allowed to numb their hands before a fight?...like a touch of anesthesia or something..not too numb, but to a point where the impact won't hurt as much. I'm sure Floyd has thought of that option (or has done)..

Partly an excuse, partly the truth. It's a well known fact that Mayweather's hands have had problems for years. However, how come the over the top statements of his body "falling apart" popping up only recently? How come on "24/7" with De La Hoya, he never made special trips to his physician for wax treatments for his hands and massages, etc...? Also, why haswn't it effected him in recent years?

It's also a well known fact that Ricky Hatton's body is breaking down. He's had pretty severe hip problems since the Tszyu fight, and his body doesn't handle the extreme weight gain (and eventual loss) very well either.

He may well need something to numb the pain in his ribs after the fight.

what excuses are you people really hearing? you watch one part of episode 2 and forget that he also sai dthat ricky hatton is not on his level basically throughout all of the press conferences and during the first 2 episodes of 24/7. and he promised he will beat him too, so what excuses are you guys really hearing. he's letting us know how his body feels, and there's nothing wrong with this. how the hell do any of you know how his body feels? are you guys inside of his body? i think not, so shut the hell up with your excuse talk. if his body is wearing down then it is, he is making no excuses, he believes that he is going to trash ricky hatton, and he's right. he's more than ready for this fight.
