2.) PT Barnum will be resurrected for the sole purpose of promoting this card (nobody else seems to want to touch it; not even King. Oscar will be in it only as a fighter. He doesn't want his GBP to be tarnished).
3.) An Ad Hoc Commission will have to be created for the sole purpose of approving the fight card. It will be disbanded after it grants its approval. My god... Pacquiao wins with his power for the most part. That is not to say that he has some skill, but P4P De La Hoya is the better technician, etc.
De La Hoya also took a bunch of straight rights from Bernard Hopkins. I doubt Pacquiao can hurt him.
