I'm torn on this one. Well, not for what is actually being asked as I think it'll be a Brock UD, but on what I want. On one had Chambers is a pretty boring fighter and I really like Brock, but on the other hand a potential Brock/Wlad rematch is a pretty boring prospect. I think I want Chambers to win for that reason, so no matter who wins in the final it is a fresh match.

I dont agree. brock is not a big puncher and I cant see him hurting povetkin. I think povetkin could have trouble with brocks awckwardness for a while but he should win a clear cut decision or possible late knockout win

Povetkin vs Brock would make for one heck of a fight I would say, I still havent seen the Povetkin Byrd fight but I heard it was pretty entartaining for the most part. Brock has some pop and I wouldnt be suprised if they fight and see both guys going all out... Anyone have any links for the povetkin byrd fightcause its not on youtube

Did you miss the Wlad-Brock fight that already took place?

No I didn't, that's why I said that. Coming into the 7th round, that fight was dead even. If that's not competitive against Wlad, I don't know what is then.

No I dont think it was even, Brock had maybe 2 rounds thats it. I dont think it was as bad as you say

Brock gave Wlad problems until the KO. Povetkin will have the same problems tenfold. 14 fight vs. 45 is a huge difference.

I've seen Chambers' last couple fight because they were on ESPN 2. He has great hand speed but not much power and is often compared to a younger Byrd. He also fights a little chubby because given his height and build he should be a cruiserweight but fights heavy weight for the money. In his last fight he decisioned Guinn by a wide margin but it was an akward fight that I thought was closer than the scorecards indicated.

Still, I think Chambers fast hands will be too much for Brock.
                  Chambers by UD.

dead even? I thought brock won 2 rounds at the very most. he was giving wlad some problems but it wasnt an even fight going into the 7th

but stylistically povetkin is a better inside fighter than wlad. brock was smothering wlad and not letting him get his distance. pov would be letting his hands go on the inside,, unlike wald who needs to fight at a distance. its still a tough fight for povetkin so early in his career but I think he has enough to get by brock
