To me, 'the best fight' would be one where both fighters knock each other out after an all-out war.

But since that one exists in fantasy land, I'll go with several that are embedded in my brain as super exciting:

Holyfied vs Bowe Where they beat the crap out of the 'Fan Man' who flies into the ring.

Naz Hamed vs Kevin Kelly Where they both score KD's.

Roy Jones vs Vinny Paz Six round shelacking of The Pazmanian devil.

Corrales vs Castillo 1 They both score KD's
