I've been looking for sites that will sell the full career collections of fighters, but I can't seem to find any. The ones that I've looked at usually are missing a lot of fights. Can anyone point me in the right direction?

Where's a good place to purchase career collections?

Sure can't get much of anything at the stores anymore. If you got to a Best Buy or FYE the only collections you are ever likely to find are those of Tyson and Roy Jones, Jr. It seems they are the only fighters who broke into the mainstream enough to be kept in stock at most local stores.
I know you can find some people on Ebay that sell big collections. Some are knock-offs ripped to DVD's...but the quality is still supposed to be decent. I mean, with such a dearth of places to get it you have to take what you can get...I've seen Sugar Shane Mosley, De la Hoya, and even Klitschko collections on Ebay within the last few months.

he has some career collections at decent prices. Tell him Isaac sent you. Ebay is starting to boot everyone selling boxing dvds on there, which is killing my pocket, cuz you cant really get it cheaper elsewhere (especially for individual fights).

I bought a Lennox Lewis full career DVD set on Ebay, the quality of the fights varied but for $40.00 it was a good deal.
