I did say at the beggining of this thread that i thought Khan would have serious problems going 12 rounds, he throws too many wild combo's, doesnt pick his shot enough, he is unprepared for a 12 rounder in my eyes, i think this was a fight too soon.

Im afraid his defence is too poor, as has been said before on this forum, i dont see a world title anytime soon, unless its a crap title, casamayor would destroy Khan,

But credit to frank Warren, what a fight!

Now we got skelton vs sprott to look forward too,

Winner gets a title shot lol.

He won't be a great though, if Limond put him down.
I thought the Prince had a rock solid chin. I have never seen him hurt though he faced some big punchers...

I thought khan showed that he can handle adversity, limond may not be known as much of a puncher, but those hooks that put khan down were huge. hopefully this will be a kick up the backside for amir.

This fight has been good for Amir...he showed he has heart by coming back to win. He'll be a better fighter because of it, and may continue on to become a great one. Remember, he is very young...being knocked down doesn't mean that much.

Prince was never hurt, just put down too often.

I'd like to think that Khan would learn from this lesson, show a bit of humility and admit that he isnt ready for many bigger fights than this just yet. If he comes out and says that it was a push and that he wasnt hurt, I'll lose a bit of respect for him. You've got to admit when you've made mistakes.

Prince went down plenty of times, though it was mostly his balance. He didn't have a solid chin though.

It was obviously good enough though.

Amir Kahn taking about the sixth round

“That shows I’ve got a good chin”

Wheres the evidence to him not having a solid chin? He went down a lot but he always got up immediately with no signs of being hurt.

On a different note, this Amir Kahn kid seems a lot like Andre Ward, both Olympians who have flashy styles with shaky chins. I dont remember the weight differences but maybe they could meet up?
