Roy Jones...it was awesome to learn someone so great at fighting was born and bred in my hometown. I did not really watch any of his fights until the Glen Kelly fight because I was young and wasn't interested in boxing yet. I only wish I had seen him fight from the time I was 6 or 7. I just loved his speed and power and aura. Also, he is very approachable to folks in Pensacola. I got to meet him by chance and even though I interrupted him on the phone he was nice and asked me questions.

        The Greatest Of Them All...

        Sugar Ray Robinson

He was just naturally gifted. A complete and explosive fighter. A man with class and a hip dresser who lived life to the fullest. Sort of like a superhero: Mild mannered family and businessman by day and The king a da Ring by night.

A once in a lifetime fighter.

Ok, I'm jumpin' off his crotch wagon.

        Need I say more?

          Manny Pacquiao.
He's small but packs a punch. He doesn't back down and keeps coming and likes to get involved in a scrap. He's flawed in many ways, but overcomes and wins. Also his fights always seem to be exciting.

I'd have to say Rocky Marciano. His style, heart, and his chin have inspired me to get into boxing and train hard.

That's the only place he need it.

                      James Toney:

His performance against Iran Barkely was simply awesome, and that's how I think of him as a boxer.

I was sure he was going to be dispatched once he went to HW, he's just not big enough (his punch anyway), and he's also in the twighlight of his career.

But he hangs with these guys, and beats most.

And he's toughness can be compared to Ali's.
