Grand Rapids isn't East L.A, believe that and I just find it funny how the kid with everything is such a thug and the kid with nothing is "soft" because he doesn't act like a thug....lol.
What does Jay-z say " your generation respects the one that got shot, my generation repects the shooter" couldn't have said it better myself.
My uncle used to tell me an old school saying "un perro no puede ladrar y mordir al mismo tiempo" - " a dog can't bark and bite at the same time".

For 1 his father wasn't there nor was his income, 2ndly, if he grew up in $$$ as u say, why would his dad resort to selling drugs. Point is don't speak on something you know nothing about..
Stop trying to glamorize living in the ******, because it isn't cool to be from the ******. Say what you want and give me slack but I grew up in a 2 bedroom apartment and there were 12 of us. No refrigerator, had to buy our stuff every day fresh living in a bad area of L.A. I don't want to move back...lol ****, I'm glad I'm out and made something of myself. Funny how all these rappers yell out Compton, Watts, Harlem, Bronx ect but the second they make some money they move their asses out and live right next to all the white people in the burb's.
Just because your poor doesn't mean you have to be ignorant and just because you are rich doesn't give you the right to be it.

and I believe his father was out of his life before he tried and went to the olympics so I beleive he was more like 15 or 16. Point is he didn't grow up in $$$, he lived in Oakdale area which was pretty rough, not as rough as mind but it's still hood.
I'm glad you made it out the 2 bed apt, good for you, that's great but you are doing exactly what the people you claim are yelling Brooklyn are doing and that is repping where you are from and what you had to go thru to get to where you are now. You are trying to show how you are a survivor and so are they and you right there is nothing cool about being hungry and I don't think Floyd ever said there was anything cool about it.

The scene were Roger goes to talk to the Nevada Athletic Commission about re-enstaintment and basically laughs leaving making comments about OJ Simpson was trashy. I hope Oscar knocks this kids head off with a left "gancho" to the temple.
It's sad how when you are bron with all the talent in the worl like Floyd was, you take that for granted and act like it's your right to be that way. Even Mike Tyson in his prime was very repectful to the sport and even though he was and is a psycho, he at least showed the sport that amount of respect.
Oscar doesn't need to look "hard" to know he's a fighter. He grew up in East L.A where there are drugs, gangs and all the ill's of society and understood what it's like to be mentally tough. Floyd on the other hand grew up in money because of the success of his father and uncle's careers. Floyd to me seems like he's insecure of himself because all he can do is talk about himself. A man that is secure doesn't need to be obsessed with himself and let the world know it 24/7. I'm glad Mosley is helping Oscar, now thats a classy fighter. He didn't ask for any money and that shows his dedication to his new "employer" hehe.
Both fighters have some class. They are both still going at in their profession and they are giving us decent fights. The way they act shouldn't change their legacy too much in the world of boxing. I mean they are not in and out of jail or overweight. Not really on the news for crazy stuff. If PBF was your kid then you would prolly feel that the brat needs some discipline. It's all good, man. Enjoy the fight.
