It is clear now that WADA couldn't have. That was WADA's response. USADA NEVER sent them Floyd's TUE. So no, they couldn't have reviewed it. USADA has the final word on USADA's decision. That is just crazy! You can't even argue with USADA on their decision, as stated in the Floyd/Manny contract. There was no possibility to have an independent review of USADA's decision.

SO now that you realized that the buck stopped at USADA, you can actually sit there and say, "What is the problem"?
Even Verbruggen, who is a former WADA Foundation Board member, a former President of the Union Cycliste Internationale (UCI) and honorary member of the International Olympic Committee (IOC) said that is a HUGE problem! Verbruggen wants there to be an independant group that is separate from WADA as well. That is, what Floyd and USADA have done is 2 levels removed from what Verbruggen and others are demanding!!!

Now we know for a fact that there was no risk from WADA. NONE! For various reasons, that is not right. Again, this is not just coming from Manny fans but from experts on this subject.

So you asked, if I agree that there is the possibility to get a RETRO TUE?
Well according to the Head of the WADA TUE Committee and physician: Floyd should NOT have received a RETRO TUE. You do not get one as easily as USADA gave them out.

    INTERVIEW:
"They gave Floyd a RETRO TUE and only came to light 21 days after the fight. Wow, USADA is doing that because they are getting paid. USADA is supposed to be a body that is supposed to be completely independent. Wow, its a murky world. Yes it is murky and quite frankly sensed disappointment."

"When it comes to RETRO TUEs". Made only when you do not have enough time to apply. Lets say someone gets injured on the field and goes to surgery that night .... and post-op they give him drugs. Its totally acceptable. You get the anesthetists report, the surgeons report then you put all that on the TUE form. Perfectly acceptable. That is what a RETRO TUE is all about. An URGENT .... Someone has an anaphylactic allergic reaction and needs the drugs (URGENTLY). Right, that is not someone who is going to play at tennis open final or race at the Tour de France. No (its not for that). That is when I challenge the system. Its a red flag."

"I TOTALLY AGREE. It doesn't smell right to me. To enable you to compete, you get a RETRO TUE to get an IV? What were they giving him and why couldn't they rehydrate him orally, clinically, that is what we do. You do not need an IV unless you are vomiting and have diarrheas and cannot drink orally and if that all happens then you will not be entering the ring against Manny Pacquiao."

So now we have multiple experts who not only disagreed with USADA giving Floyd a TUE but do not agree that USADA is acting properly. USADA accepts money from Floyd's representatives. In fact, even USADA said that was wrong when it came to Lance Armstrong wanting to do that! Well, for good reason. There was no way that USADA would NOT have granted Floyd Mayweather the RETRO TUE after Floyd had given USADA all that money plus a foot in the door relating to boxing then UFC. USADA felt that it owed Floyd Mayweather a RETRO TUE. That is the least they can do. Plus, the is no big brother to monitor USADA. That is BAD!!!

Here is WADA's response AGAIN. It is CLEAR.

"The role and possible responsibilities of WADA in reviewing or not reviewing
the granting of the retroactive TUE to Floyd Mayweather
RESPONSE: Floyd Mayweather’s fight was organized in the United States by private
promoters operating under licensing regulations in the State of Nevada, which do not
include the Code. USADA had a specific contract with them to undertake anti-doping
activities, however this was not falling under the code, and WADA had no
jurisdictional oversight of these activities. WADA did not receive this TUE."

    .
Wrong . It was stated that the TUE is uploaded to the system where WADA can access it. Your link doesn't make it clear whether that process is still followed or not. But I already stated that we can say it isn't followed for your benefit.

You've rehashed all of these old arguments from years ago. I just showed you that a WADA spokesperson said that he could get a retro TUE for dehydration.

What I want you to do is prove he didn't have rhabdomyolysis. Go! If you can't.....then you have no legs to stand on.

      Floyd Mayweather:

      - Floyd and company said that all it was was simple dehydration. Nothing else. Some athletes, who comply with WADA, drink fluids such as Pedialyte, while Floyd gets an IV!
      - Floyd did NOT go to the hospital.
      - Right after that fake incident, Floyd was interviewed by FightHype stating that he doesn't get drained like other fighters and walks around 148-150lbs. He was feeling happy about everything. CASE CLOSED!!!!!
      - Floyd weighed in like he always does. Interview Floyd and company said that just like his other weigh-ins, he had no trouble making weight!!!
      - Floyd was interviewed days before, during and after the weigh-in. He was feeling good. He also stated that he was done with any heavy training and would just do "shakeout" type activities and some planning. So Floyd had no reason to be severely dehydrated.
      - Floyd was witnessed by all of us drinking plenty of fluids at the weigh-in. So no, there was no possibility of having any signs after that. It just didn't make any sense. Sorry.
      - Floyd's weight had been monitored for a good 30 days. There were checks on how much he weighed. His weight compared to most other boxers makes him the least likely to ever be seriously weight drained.
      - Floyd had Ariza monitor him closely, as he was paid to do so! Floyd was given various fluids after the weigh-in.

      Stiverne
      - "If you have rhabdomyolysis, you will be admitted to the hospital to receive treatment for the cause."
      - Stiverne said he felt bad DURING the fight.
      - Stiverne was diagnosed AFTER a fight.

      .
Guess what is a symptom of Rhabdomyolysis. Dehydration

      Doesn't affect your weight.

      Treated with IV fluid.

Of course he didn't feel bad. He had an IV. Good try, but you failed. Want to try again?

        Come on. Don't be dense.

WADA responded and said that USADA did NOT send them the TUE and that the Floyd fight was out of their control and that USADA had to be the one that would be investigating the scandal, if USADA wanted to, NOT WADA.

So USADA would be investigating USADA and Floyd. Isn't that lovely!

        On my side,
        - I have quotes from EXPERTs who both said that Floyd shouldn't have received a RETRO TUE.
        - I have USADA stating that it is not ethical to have the cyclist's representatives paying USADA ... and that is what Floyd's representatives have been doing for years! More than Lance Armstrong!!!
        - Everything points to Floyd being well hydrated.
        - We are witnesses and have multiple videos of Floyd drinking plenty of fluids well before the fake incident!!!
        - Floyd did NOT just complete some grueling fight or grueling workout. He was just resting and waiting to get on with his fight.
        - Floyd and companies own words in the interviews before, during and after on FightHype. None point to any type of problem.
        - Floyd went to the hospital? Nope!
        - Weight issue? Floyd said no! His weight barely moved in 30 days!

        and so so much more.

        You?
        - Crickets!

The only thing that you and other Floyd fans were leaning on was WADA and now WADA told you that they are out of the picture.

I already explained the differences. Apples and Oranges!

We both saw Floyd drinking plenty of fluids AFTER the weigh-in where he basically weighed the same as he usually does.

Stiverne had a fight against the Bomber and went the distance. He is NOT the only one that has happened too AFTER a fight. A fight can be grueling and draining. Plus Stiverne had other issues.

Floyd was resting that day and said in interviews the same. Only "shakeout" type workouts and planning for the last days before the fight. You know what "shakeout" means? Basically nothing much!

Oh yeah and Stiverne was presumably diagnosed with something other than severe dehydration. Floyd said it was just dehydration.

and finally, Stiverne went to the hospital just like those other experts mentioned.

I provided quotes from experts. USADA shouldn't have provided a RETRO TUE. Even if Floyd got an IV for recovery from a workout or mild dehydration, USADA shouldn't be handing out RETRO TUEs.

            .

You say don't be dense....and you write about USADA investigating USADA. Now that's dense The independent TUEC would have something to say about your little shenanigans. Unless you claim that USADA paid them off. What a great game plan! Instead of telling little Floydie when we are coming..let's pay off everyone and their momma and hope no one blows the whistle. LMAO. Dense.

You want to know what I have? I have a WADA spokesperson saying that a TUE can be granted for exactly what Mayweather had it granted for.

I also have a medical issue that takes out all of the bs you just wrote above.

That pretty much sums up that you have nothing. Stiverne didn't go to the hospital until after his 12 round fight with Wilder. LMAO. Junior Dos Santos never went to the hospital for his Rhabdo.

Stiverne didn't have weight issues. Neither did Junior Dos Santos. I thought YOU said their weight had to be affected. Now that's down the drain. Major blow to your argument, isn't it?

It's too bad they didn't have an IV before their fight. You lose, as usual.

              Difference between what exactly?

I just told you it's treated with IV FLUID. Not by drinking water. If it is treated by just drinking water...then doctors would have people with it drink water. Common sense is your friend.

LMAO. What do you think Stiverne was doing before his fight? You think he was working out heavily? He stated that he didn't feel right in the dressing room before the fight. Guess you missed that. Being that Floyd has to make weight, he's not going to go all out hydrating until after the weigh-in. As you have stated. Good job. So when his urine was "extremely, extremely dark" before that point, it's best to go for a TREATMENT which is...IV Fluid. Especially right before the fight. After that point what would be the plan? Maintaining hydration for PREVENTION. Which would be by drinking water.

Floyd said he had extremely dark urine. He also said he had injuries to both shoulders. Guess what comes up with Rhabdo? Dehydration. Extremely dark urine. Shoulder injuries (that's right...specifically shoulders). Did you see Floyd say that? I have. Another thing linked to Rhabdo: decreased urination. Hmmmm. Check.

Wow. Looks like Rhabdo to me. So what you're saying is that you can't disprove it? Right on to USADA for allowing athletes under their care to ensure their safety. Stiverne could have used them.

Stiverne went to the hospital AFTER THE FIGHT. He never got an IV before the fight. He claims he went into the fight not feeling well. Too bad he didn't get an IV first. I'm sure he drank lots of water after the fight. He needed TREATMENT. He obviously needed it before the fight and then to maintain his hydration thereafter.

Also, Junior Dos Santos had Rhabdo and never went to the hospital for it at all. So....sorry. You really want to keep trying? It's over.

              You lose.

I notice you didn't respond back about Pac's Toradol abuse

The dude admit in his own words that he wanted to use it with no injury...."just in case." That's what you call cheating...and getting caught at that.

"just in case" doesn't mean cheating.. it's anticipating and preventing something that might hinder the biggest fight in boxing.. it's not like making yourself numb from pain. what's cheating is using the IV's or let's say ALREADY taken.. compared that "ALREADY taken" to "seeking approval", which of these is more of a cheating.. can you tell me? floyd caught cheating right?

                      Sure I'll tell you.

Using an IV was not illegal as per NSAC rules at the time Floyd did it. So...nothing there.

Pacquiao attempting to cheat by attempting to numb his entire body for no reason at all....is attempting to cheat. It's very simple.
