Again, I do not want to put words in your mouth but the previous post it appears that you finally admitted to that it is a threshold type test. Yet you are now still saying that the panel is saying that it is not a threshold type test?
BTW - Is this the link? It is not working:

Is it the 80% that represents the "threshold"?
And seems you are right. That link isn't working anymore. I'm sure I can help you out with finding the case, however. Are you going to answer any questions today or keep deflecting?

That was maybe a year earlier. So then they forgot about all that when they tried to pull that off on Manny?
ne of Judah's managers, Michael Shinefield, said he sent an e-mail two weeks ago to Golden Boy Promotions, which represents Mosley, calling for blood testing for both fighters. Golden Boy chief executive Richard Schaefer said he has not responded to that e-mail, but that Mosley will agree to any tests required by the Nevada Athletic Commission.
"Whatever tests they want them to take, Shane will submit to that. We are not going to do other tests than the Nevada commission requires," Schaefer said. "The fact is Shane is not a cheater and he does not need to be treated like one  ."
Did Floyd need an IV claiming that giving blood 10 days before contributed to that? Giving urine contributed to that? Do you believe Floyd?

You can admit that 24 days was bullshlt. Even Spoon admit it, and he is Buboy.

On my side, I do not duck ....
Why move on to other questions when it was this that we were arguing on initially (several posts ago) and you still deflect! Once you answer, I will move on. no problem.
So, as you were DEFLECTING, I mean, saying .... respond to what you and what you believe the panel are trying to say. What's the problem?

All I'm asking you is if the 80% represents the threshold for the BAP. You are the one who keeps wanting to discuss the BAP, knowing it's irrelevant. I finally say ok, let's discuss it, AND YOU EVEN DEFLECT FROM THAT.
Unbelievable. Are you capable of answering any questions??
As per your question:
I'm saying the panel is saying it's not a threshold test. Is that clear?

No, he did not. He said overworking was the cause.
You see, even those who were criticizing Manny called what Floyd did BS!!!!
It was certainly BS since Floyd was the one who ended up using an ILLEGAL BANNED IV!!!!
DEFLECTOR, did he not say blood and urine contributed? Ooops! You too cannot believe Floyd. GOT IT!!!
Overworking?
The dude said all is good in his interviews days before and said he was relaxing on his FINAL DAYS. Man, he said the same soon after getting the IV in an interview!!!! WHAT A MIRACLE!!! What a BS!!!

A few posts ago, you said that the BAP test was a threshold type test. ARE YOU WRONG?
Please explain.

2. No, he did not say that. Did Pacquiao say that he was afraid of needles.
