    The Japanese boxing scene

Laty I've become more and more interested in Japan's boxing scene. It seems to have gotten more prominent and more champions seem to be cropping up from Japan. The style is very interesting and makes for exciting fights. Can anyone tell me or link me more information on boxing in Japan? These guys all seem to be in great condition and a lot of high profile bouts in Japan seem very competitive. How does boxing in Japan contrast to the west?

I love the Japanese boxing scene. I love how many of their fighters get thrown into the deep end early in their careers.

Yeah, it's really competitive at times. Most of the champs who come out of Japan seem unstoppable sometimes

The Japanese boxing scene is very interesting. They have a very unique style of training and diets. It will be interesting to see it evolve over the next couple of years. With Macau in the spotlight now as a fight destination it should produce some great Japanese cards.

Wow! This is exactly what I was looking for, thanks! As for the poster above I'm curious as to what you mean by style of training and diets. Can you shed any more light on that?

Great site that one, so glad its getting more and more attention as it's been invaluable this last year. They GWR some things wrong but they were ahead of everyone for a number of stories and are usually spot on with their picks for prospects.
