BJS admitted he likes a drink and that and has cut corners but has left no stone unturned for this. Go on his Twitter (no idea how to embed) he is ripped for this fight. I've never seen anywhere near the condition he is currently in.

Out of interest are you unable to recognize potential in a fighter by looking at what he does in the ring? His style his skills etc? Or are you only able to judge a fighter by looking at boxrec and comparing records?

good performance on poor opposition doesnt make him a bad fighter lol.
just makes his level performance questionable.
i wouldn't say hes complete ****... sure he looks obsessed with power punches, but sometimes power punches play a big role in boxing skills. you hit em, maybe not clean, but it takes its toll over the rounds. or even mess with their confidence.

Took a little look at Eubank Jr after reading a lot of peoples opinions I respect say he is very talented.

I'm not seeing it when he lets his hands go and when hes not tensing up he looks alright but he is very raw & this kids no big puncher.

He turns his back to an opponent who isn't a total scrub like he does he will get blasted. His jab is very lazy, throws the right uppercut with no set up from way too far out. He looks good on the pads and bags but in sparring and under the lights I am not impressed.
Not impressed with BJS either but I think he will outbox Eubank Jr and take a comfortable decision.

I think he is talented, he's just not a very good boxer atm.

The guy has legit elite handspeed (I don't think thats hyperbole), he's pretty big at MW, seems to have decent reactions and seems well coordinated and balanced.

Problem is he just hasn't learned how to box due to starting late and fighting scrubs. Even with a loss I think he can still make a decent career out of it.

Billy Joe though also pretty talented himself and he's been well tested throughout his career, discovered flaws and weaknesses and working on them. His jab, footwork and fluid combinations should be way too much for Eubank. This fight should be a no brainer... But there's something about CE jr that makes me uncomfortable picking BJS outright
