    Rendall Munroe

Anyone think he can make any waves at Superfeather?

Not at world level but he has two good champions in the UK in Smith & Walsh, he could meet.

There's also Devis Boschiero, the Euro Champ who's angling for another title shot.

    No.

Munroe's done, he'll remain active until he faces one of the British prospects listed or loses when competing for a European title. Not fair that his handlers/promoter wasted his time after Nishioka, always thought he'd make a decent contender - sadly, we'll never know.

I'm in the 'wait & see' camp. If he was tight at the weight then that would explain the performance against Quigg.

The extra 8 pounds might help him - or might not. Townend won't tell us anything except that he's completely shot if he loses.

A bout against Buckland would be good for them both. Well, good for one of them.

Rendall was always massive at his weight....so maybe going up a division or two and a decent break will give him a new lease of life/refresh the batteries.

But time ain't exactly on his side and I still think you need to be full-time pro to beat the best or the next-best. I like the dude and the way he fights and reckon he's got a good result and a belt in the tank....but I am not sure he's going to be around much longer.

Agree. Another year. I heard he's given up the bins though.

I thought he was full time pro now!?

I'd like to think he could do something but I don't know. I'm in the fingers crossed camp!

He couldn't get his job back on the bins last I heard (see link below)

Liked Rendall, he had an engine on him and those Kiko fights were good fun. To answer your question, I'm sure he does have something domestically. We don't know how good Quigg is yet

Rendall's apparently got Selby next.....it could be a good fight for a few rounds but Selby really has kicked-on in the last 12-15 months it will be a hard, hard night at the office for Two Tone.
