Premier Sports not available in HD?

    Premier Sports not available in HD?

    I just subscribed today for the Calderon-Segura fight but I can't find the channel for HD. Is there even a HD channel for it?

    I'm watching the uncard now in Standard Definition and the quality looks terrible.

    Can anyone help me out with this?

    i dont have HD but I've never seen the HD channel on the sky sports menu (well setanta Ireland, but its the same thing). Quality isnt great, but its still good, but then again, i havent been spoilt by watching HD lol. Its pretty similar to regular sky sports imo. Not quite as good, but close.

      I guess it's taking me back to the good old days when this quality was the best we could have

      Once you go HD, you can't go back. I was cool with SD for a long time, then when I got HD and watched my first fight on HD, trying to watch SD is a struggle!

      I don't mind though, like I said I guess it'll take my back to the days when this was the best there was to offer.

        i got a HD box, and got sky for half price for 6 months in the process (phoned them up and threatened to cancel). Watched channel 4 HD (its free) horse racing, was so tempted to phone up and get it added on for 10 quid a month, still wouldve been cheaper than i was paying before but decided against it.

        Back to full price sky now, and paying over 40 a month is bad enough without paying over 50, so im glad i didnt cos no way would i have canceled the HD once i got a good taste of it.

        Young Lopez isnt great

          Ahhh, well that's ok then.

          Yeah I know. It must be tough living in the shadow of his father, though.

          People are expecting so much of him and it's only early in his career. The commentators were constantly talking about Ricardo and how by the same time in his career he was looking at title shots and had so many KO's. People need to understand Alonso isn't Ricardo.

          I agree though he doesn't look too promising but then again it is only early in his career.
