What a bummer. The fines where for going about 5mph over the limit as well.

He is done anyway , he is 43.
Maybe he can balme is moronic actions on the long term effects of steroids and for those who think he never used them I remember I watched some TV program long ago in which testosterone was measured pre and post fight between him (Skelton) and someone else and the winner (Skelton) exhibited a major rise in his testosterone levels in contradiction to the loser who exhibited a downfall in them . But they were so high (compared in percentages to the average) that it will be foolish not to assume that at least part of it was due to juicing . And ask James Toney , Sam Peter , Chris Arreola , Francois Both and many others : being a fat piece of lard does not mean you don't juice.
