Yeah, the only other boxer I know with asthma is Shannon Briggs, and his stamina has always been dodgy.

I wonder if we'll see Groves or DeGale face Smith/Dodson/Quigley this year.

I read a bit in the newspaper the other week about De Gale saying he wanted to fight Smith sometime soon. Could be interesting.

Iv not seen much of Groves, but heard alot of people saying hes got a big future ahead of him. Looking forward to having a look at him on Saturday.

Yeah, I quite like Groves. He's got good skills, just needs that experience to get to the next level as he still does make mistakes against low-quality opposition.

Apparently he's done quite a bit of sparring with world champions (Froch, Fragomeni, Kessler, Spada) so that should give him valuable practice for the future.

That quality sparring can only do him good. Looking forward to see how he turns out, its an exciting time at the minute for upcoming fighters in Britain.

Although Smith is domestic level at best, Degale isn't ready for him yet. Too green. Maybe in 3 fights time, we'll see, but the likes of Smith and Dodson at this point would give everything to stop an up and comer, former gold medalist.

Groves would fair better in my opinion. I think he's the type of boxer that fights to the level of his opposition (ala Dirrell), as he has great attributes, but makes the odd mistakes against low-par fighters. When his competition steps up, he will too.

just go to the pub and watch it, the undercard may not have big names, but the JWW and Groves fight should be good to watch.
