having the belt does not mean the boxer is the great one. Barrera has belts but have not fight a tough opponent yet after taking it from Morales. If he is a real brave warrior, he should not let 3 years to pass and not doing anything to fight Pacman after he was annihilated by the latter. He keeps on fighting patsy low level opponents.
