How could Valuev stop Barret but not ancient Holyfield

It seems so odd to me that a fighter as great as Monte Barret could be stopped but not ancient Holyfield?

      You’re aware of Holyfield’s chin?

Wearing that ridiculous sized heart on his ridiculously steady chin certainly wasn't a hindrance, sho'nuff!

That is until he was an old man and way past it fighter and Holyfield's still wearing that ridiculous sized heart on his ridiculously steady chin certainly became a hindrance. Unfortunately, also sho'nuff

The crazy thing is, I remember thinking Holyfield did enough to edge that fight.

That was Evander Holyfield's last great performance, I thought that he won the fight.

'I enjoyed his last run of fights, leading up to that heavyweight title shot'
