In all honesty, wouldn't it be best, for your book, to actually go to those gyms or those towns and cities and to find guys involved in these sessions, either as fighters or the trainers and so on. First hand accounts would be far better than what you would find here. It would had authenticity to your work and help you delve deeper into the issues.
