Poor Davey Moore, in the wrong place at the wrong time (so to speak), became the sacrificial lamb for Duran's redemption. Parenthetically, the ref - possibly subconsciously wanting Duran to drop him again - failed to stop the mayhem in timely fashion.Last edited by Panamaniac; 12-27-2015, 01:25 AM.

By this time Duran's retinue of hangers on has the complex, and would have worse conniptions than Duran if it were brought up. You can bet it is never spoken of around Duran unless he himself brings it up, which is not likely.

Bill Clinton is arguably among the greatest US presidents of all time, with a shot at occupying the White House again!

Duran's Bergdahl moment exposed a crybaby beneath the tough guy. He cried for us that night and no one appreciated it. The crybaby still owes me $25 for the price of my closed circuit ticket, is how I feel about him.
He was one of the greatest, though, there is no denying it. Still, the pressures that made him desert the ring that night must have been nothing compared to the ones that made Bergdahl turn tail. I would not want senoir Duran in the foxhole next to me.
