Which was the most impressive win? I know most will say Duran, but Leonard coming off a 5 year layoff beating the best middleweight and top champion at the time was pretty impressive.

Duran beating leonard....
The Hagler win was a great win, but beating a prime undefeated leonard, up from your prime weight is an amazing feat

Its such a silly myth that people repeat parrot fashion "Leonard only threw pitty pat punches and stole rounds".
They never give him credit for taking on possibly the greatest MW after such a long lay off, and fail to realise that it would be ****** for Leonard to go to war with Hagler.
Those "pitty pat" punches were hard enough to make Hagler cover up. When Leonard was pinned on the ropes in the 7th (i think), and it looked like Hagler was breaking him down, Leonard showed incredible toughness and tenacity to fight his way out. But because it was in the last few seconds, he doesnt get credit?? Ridiculous.
He made Hagler miss badly throughout, and landed the cleaner punches right from the first round. He just fought a smart fight.
Anyway, i think because of his lay off and being past his best, it has to be Leonard beating Hagler. But Durans win was also incredible.

Cards said;
Guerra 118-110 Total joke!
Filippo 113-115
Moretti 115-113
Split decs. for Leonard. Good fight but not in their prime. Leonard lay off did him good hagler had fought tough fights as he aged. Hagler fighting 67 bouts loosing 3 and never stopped. Leonard with 40 bouts loosing 3 and being stopped once. Leonard knew what he was doing, everyone in boxing knew it too.
Duran was the tested fighter prior to Duran Leonard had a good fight with Benitez a counter puncher who rarely attacks.
Duran held the extra weight beautifully and looked great in the ring. He was focused and determined. Leonard looked unsure and tentative, he got hurt in the second round but recovered to make a good showing of himself but clearly lost.
Hagler at his best beats Leonard at his best at 160. Leonard got over on Hagler and poor Tommy with those rematches, they were a joke.
