        Obviously they're going to watch a fight as big as that one was at the time on cable television if it was free. Holyfield-Tyson would have easily done more than that.

            People who don't even watch boxing know about Holyfield-Tyson. I knew about it and I was like 7 years old at the time it happened and didn't even know what boxing was.

              plus i want to know who was actually sitting there ass down in the seats paying. i mean ne 1 can turn on a FREE fight on there tv. hell there could have been 1 person watchin in the house hold and like 20 ppl in the house that they counted. adn how the hell can they say it was a billion. **** the rest i jus said. what they hell did they do count heads

                when u ask ppl about boxing they usually say tyson with the ear. thats the first response i usally get from ppl that dont know **** about boxing. i bet they wouldnt say 1 of ali's opponents really

                  I kind of doubt that the third fight between those two would've been on free television, because the vast majority of Ali's fights from the 70's were on closed-circuit with the exception of a couple of his "lesser" title defenses...Could be wrong though.
