Who was the guy that dropped Winky?

There is a clip that I saw in which winky wright was dropped by a southpaw latino boxer, has anyone seen this? who is this guy?

Julio Cesar Vasquez KDed him 5 times.....And still only won by a few points.

Julio Cesar Vazquez...a very strong, heavy handed fighter. He's the fighter that my boy Sweet Pea beat to become champ in 4 diff weight classes.

He was a good fighter though...Wright was a bit green (I think) when Vazquez beat up on him.

I'd have to disagree there. Harry Simon clearly outpointed Wright...very close fight but a pretty solid win for Simon.

I just said some would say....I have never seen the fight but read it was declared a draw until the crowd started to riot and then they overturned it to favor Simon.

From the looks of this fight Winky was actually an aggresive fight back then. But once he got beat and knocked down various times he then became the defensive fighter we see now.
