Holmes or Ali. I think lennoxs ability x size = too much for Louis to deal with. Holmes vs Lewis prime for prime would have been amazing. I still hesitate saying but I think Lennox is a top 2 HW ATG.

The thing about Holyfield, you could see how his natural build changes from the early Bowe fight through to the second, to the Tyson fights. He was much bigger. That's why I think, at heavyweight, that's probably the best Holyfield there was. Maybe from 92-95 ish. But you could see how better on his feet he was in the early 90s. So I won't argue too much.

Prime Tyson vs Prime Lewis? I don't know. Would probably have to side with Lewis slightly. Simply based on the fact that Tyson had a bully's mentality. But Tyson could beat anyone in history on his day so it's tough.

Yea, Holyfield got bigger and stronger into the mid and late 90s. But he was so damned lively and quick in the early 90s. For what its worth, I think the best Holyfield decisions the best Lewis.

As for Tyson. In his prime (Circa 87/88) he was so quick and dangerous for six rounds that I couldn't imagine him not finding a Rahman or McCall esque punch, before Lewis's later rounds advantage could have been pressed. Each Lewis loss was a one punch KO; too much of a gamble with prime Tyson for me.

Bowe does not rate high as atg but I would have loved to see him Lewis as a pro.
One fighter who always had a thought highly of lewis was foreman. I can see lewis having a punchers chance against larry holmes who I hold in high regard.

I wont disagree with that,, i would also throw a holyfield 89-92 in there,,, holyfield's will to win, combination punching, endurance, chin, prime holyfield is a tough out for anyone in history as far as im concerned

I got to disagree with you on this,,, Bowe knew lewis would beat him,, lewis could match his size and strength and had alittle more skill, hence why bowe passed up a huge payday and never fought him,,,, Bowe at his peak was a great fighter,, he ruined it, but 90-92 he was a dominant force,, i just dont think he has enough of an arsenal to beat lewis,, the jab for lewis would control bowe, and lewis would win a UD or ko IMO
