How come David Tua is favored against Mike Tyson

I wouldn't favor Tua but I can see why people would. If you weren't scared and could take a punch then you had a chance vs Tyson. Tua doesn't look like someone that would be scared and can punch and has a granite chin.

Tua would be a very dangerous fight for Iron Mike but I don't think I would favor him over Tyson(pre-prison).
