P4p at HW is a contradition. P4p means regardless of weight class.
Asking about the lighter weights is a deviation when your topic is the HW division.
Its obvious the p4p isnt going to be someone in the HW division.
Its also obvious the hardest jab over all isnt gonna be any other place than in the HW division.
You occasionally get some freak like Tyson who can rank high in both p4and overall power but even he is p4p less powerful than someone like julian jackson.
Foreman and Liston defintely had some powerful jabs. Straight bombs from the left. Bowe had a terrific straight left as well, Wlad had a good one when he was a bit younger, i'm not a big fan of the measuring stick he uses now. Same with Lennox really, he used to have a great jab when he was a bit younger. It grew to become a measuring stick.
Joe Louis had a terrific jab also, so did Muhammad Ali.
When it comes to the lower weight classes, there's one that particularly springs to mind. That of the Hitman, Thomas Hearns.
Larry Holmes should be mentioned as having one of the ATG jabs. In the words of Earnie Shavers (who, if I'm not mistaken, knew a thing or two about powerful punching) ...
"Larry's left hand was like most heavyweights' right hand."
