For me it has to be Pacman, followed by Chavez. Oscar and Tyson are great candidates as well although some wouldn't consider them ATGs

Tough question
Holyfield
Marquez bros
Barrera
Frazier
Morales
Trinidad
Eubank
Toney
Carbajal
Hearns
and others
but I would say the most consistent is Pacquiao

Chavez and PacMan of course, Manny will probably still have a couple more exciting fights before he calls it quits.
Hagler, Louis, RJJ, Duran, Holyfield, Prince Naseem, Tyson too granted he lost his biggest fights but most consider him to be an ATG due to his early dominance in his career.

Iron Mike, Muhammad Ali, The Hawk, and comeback George Foreman
my sig will seem biased, but Larry Holmes too, between flipping at the Cooney press conferences and drop kicking Trevor Berbick in the street, he had entertainment.
