It looked like he DID get robbed against Valuev, but based on what Holyfield has said, even if he wins that decision, he most likely would've fought for the other 3 heavyweight belts before retiring. He just ended up with some minor belt from the WBF after beating Botha, which Michael Grant now holds. I would be worried and a bit saddened if Holyfield gets licensed and medically cleared to even fight again. Kind of reminds me of Meldrick Taylor, who kept fighting much longer than he should've.

Holyfield was determined to be the undisputed champion again. That is a lofty ambition even for a great fighter in his prime when you consider the political obstacles involved. I wasn't that sympathetic when he didn't get the Valuev decision. Evander did almost nothing, and amazingly, the big Russian did even less.
