Leonard is obvious but he did fight some good fighters at this weight in his short stay.

The brevity of this thread is a reflection of the brevity of his tenure at welterweight. He only had four fights at welter - Leonard I and II, Gonzalez and Minchillo. His best win is so obvious, that it's hardly worthy of mention.Comment
