Roger Leonard was Ray's older brother and O'dell Leonard was a cousin of Ray's. I once went to a sparring session where Ray sparred with O'dell.

I don't know if they have been mentioned but Bruce and Donald Curry were bro's and had another brother named Grayland that was a pro too.
