watch his hips and the trajectory of the punch and the direction his palm is heading and you'll see its a hook

he steps into it, though, making it look a good deal like a jab. it's not at all a hard punch, instead it caught him moving into it without seeing it

As to Darcy Knocking out Marchand with a jab, I don't know if you read that in the //krikya360.com/forums/sh...=497729&page=7 Darcy thread, but it contains the most bizzarre KO that I've ever read about, talk about body spasms,.... man that was just crazy....... Put a comment there if you like. My posts on there are very lonely these days.

I just was blown away by the guy getting up, falling down, then somersaulting heel over head,.... I've never seen anything like that. I think it was no ordinary jab,... it may have been more like Hussein's punch, whatever Darcy hit him with, it was hard,... Marchand was in la-la-land, and Darcy gave a couple of pounds away but Darcy was one of the fastest ever MW's and some of his punches are hard to pick.. and we know he was a dynamite puncher.
