28 billion: All time crossover weights

Using the best all time fighters from the original 8 weight classes how would they figure in to the all time standings of today's 17 divisions? For example, lets say we're deciding who the greatest junior middleweights of all time is. We'll use boxrec standings for now, but I would like you to create your own lists and reasons. How would your all time welterweights and middleweights fit in?

    1 Thomas Hearns
    2 Terry Norris
    3 Ralph Dupas
    4 Wilfred Benitez
    5 Mike McCallum
    6 Freddie Little
    7 Sandro Mazzinghi
    8 Ki-Soo Kim
    9 Denny Moyer
    10 Maurice Hope

If we use your welter and middleweight lists to come up with who would have been a successful junior middleweight than who stays and who goes from this list?

My light middleweight list(guys who had at least 3 title fights at the weight) would be in no order

    1.McCallum
    2.Norris
    3.Hearns
    4.Trinidad
    5.Jackson
    6.Benitez
    7.Winky
    8.Forrest
    9.Mosley
    10.Vasquez
    11.Martinez
    12.Rosi
    13.Vargas
    14.Jackson
    15.Kalule

I think Leonard and Mayweather do the best as far guys moving up, both losing to Martinez McCallum and Winky and just Floyd losing to Trinidad and Hearns. Every other Welter losses at least half of those 15 fights

As far as middleweights moving down:
Hagler only losses to McCallum, Mosley has a very slight chance with his chin and superior hand speed, Hagler clearly beats everybody else.

Hopkins probable beats everybody but McCallum Martinez and Winky would be competitive

Benn would get KO'd by Mosley McCallum Trinidad and maybe Vargas.... Benn would get shutout by Winky and Bentiez. Benn stops everyone else though

I know there is always an aspect of suspending reality with these kinds of things so maybe I'm not looking at it right but don't you think Hopkins might be seriously weight drained at 154? He is a big middleweight.

He weighed in at 156 against DLH and considered going down to 154 to fight Terry Norris. Hopkins is just a freak when it comes to controlling his weight.
