This is a pretty good match up. Taylor has a slight edge in skills and speed. Watson holds advantages in stamina and ring smarts.

I'd expect Taylor to shave the early exchanges with Watson coming on strong as they get closer to the championship rounds. Neither man has the ability to win by KO which means Taylor's chances are proportional to his fitness.

Watson would apply enough pressure to tire Taylor but unless he flatlines completely I think he would hang on to take a very close bout.
