Of Dempsey, Johnson and Roy Jones I would have to go with Roy Jones. He had taken many risks throughout his career that he doesn't get credit for. Hopkins, Tarver, McCallum, Johnson, and even when he was old and washed up took on Jeff Lacy, who I don't think is very good, but he was supposed to be dangerous and at that point in Roy's career, was a very risky fight for Roy...
