I think if you go by the Rid**** Bowe that beat Holyfield in their first fight back in 1992 and the Lennox Lewis that was beaten by McCall in the 1994 then i would lean towards Bowe.But even at their own respective best both big men were very good Champions when they fought up to their potential and to be fair it was Lewis who showed more discipline staying in shape more than Bowe did and even teamed with Steward who turned his career around.But that said Bowe biggest enemy was himself and his bad eating habits were his toughest battles and if he could haved stayed hungry( more disciplined) i would pick Rid**** Bowe to win.

1. according to? so your opinion now becomes a written law that everyone else must obey? he rocked bowe, bowe was in trouble. lennox would have killed him had the ref not stopped the fight. its the olympics and we're talking about 2 giants. of course the refs not gonna let it go on and on. would have been different had they fought for a belt. but then bowe would have been sorry the ref didnt save him

2. i never said one guy is better than the other because one guy beat some dude the other guy lost to. i know you wanna make it sound that way since thats your only argument, you dont wanna hear how bowe got whipped by golota and how lennox knocke him out. or how bowe lost to holyfield, something he couldnt do with lennox. but those are the facts. im not saying THATS why lennox would have knocked him out again. im just saying if youre gonna use something to compare these 2 guys except for that fight in the olympics, then thats what youre gonna have to do. unless you wanna start imagining how these 2 would have fought each other, making up stories how the fight would have gone. the fight never happened, so its pointless to try to argue about it. all we can do except for the fact that lennox already knocked him out is that we can look at the guys and the quality of the guys they fought and then do a little comparison. either way lennox always comes out on top. the guys he fought were way better, he shredded the guys that bowe struggled with. how does it make sense now to say that bowe would have killed him? even you'd have to agree that if you consider everything if somebody is gonna knock the other guy out its lennox. nothing speaks for bowe. except that you may like him

Before jumping to insults have you actually even watched the fight ?, the referee was hugely bias in Lewis' favor, just giving out random warnings to Bowe at every chance he could get and the fight was stopped way to early. The Olympics proved nothing at all.
Besides amateur results mean nothing in the pros.
