I would not favour any of them, sans possibly Quarry, over Wlad Klitschko, the current champ. Even then, I would probably make Klitschko the starting favourite.
However, Quarry & Bonavena are definitely better than the top contenders today. Shavers would be in the mix. Chuvalo would remain a steady top-10. Today's division is absolutely putrid, & as limited as Chuvalo & Shavers especially were, they are still superior fighters to most of the current crop --- although both the K-Brothers would have their measure.
Jerry Quarry
Oscar Bonavena
Earnie Shavers
George Chuvalo
Mac Foster.
I think Quarry would give Wlad huge problems with his counterpunching and infighting skills. He also has the punch to knockdown wlad.
Bonavena and Chuvalo, both solid punchers, would rough up Wlad and fight him on the inside. The point is these guys would give a much better effort then most of the klitschko's opponents
Shavers and Foster would have a decent shot, both being huge punchers. But I certainly think Wlad keeps them both on the end of his jab and keeps them off for the decision.
I give Quarry the best chance, as he his the most well rounded and skilled of the 5. He has the punch, skills, infighting, toughness, and speed to beat Wlad. Wlad would definitely cut Quarry up with jabs and straight rights though, so he better do it early.

To be honest, I wwouldn't bet on any of them being champions in regards to beating the Klitschkos, but they would defintiely provide them with better opposition than those running around today.
