Please look at Willis against Sharkey and Dempsey against Sharkey and tell me if that would have been a fight you yourself would have favoured Willis (mind you I am picking a Willis of 1926 vs Jack of the same year). 1919 I will favour Dempsey but slightly.
top 10 p4p definitely not and he is not picked that way either. Top 10 Heavy hell yea...
Marquez who fought both Mayweather and Pacquiao, thinks Mayweather would beat Pac, DLH who fought both May and Pac also states the same, does their opinion count as fact?

I don't agree with triangle theories or always opinions on what fighters say. Pavlik thought since he beat Taylor and BHOP loss to Taylor, he would beat BHOp, and look how that turned out?

I never stated specifically that WIlls would beat Dempsey. Dempsey IMHO was a bit rusty in the first Tunney fight since he was idle for three years, and Wills would have fought him before losing to Sharkey for a title and not a non title fight. On paper, Dempsey has a good shot at winning, but sports are decided in the ring and in the field and not on paper.

As for no one ranking Dempsey a top 10, look at Sugar top 100 list, and Dempsey has been in the top 10 for years.

Like I said, you don't know what you're talking about.

At the time when Jeffries was the heavyweight champ, Langford was at the start of his career and weighed in for fights as a welterweight to middleweight. Sometimes even below welterweight.

Even when Jeffries made his unsuccessful comeback against Johnson, Langford was still fighting as a middleweight.

When Dempsey was at the top, though, Langford had become a full heavyweight and Dempsey wanted no part of him.

First off, you couldn't give me a reliable source for that line if I asked you to.

Second, the person who wrote that must not know anything about Langford or about boxing weight classes. Because since when is someone who weighs around 150 pounds a light heavyweight?

Maybe I should go on Larry Holmes' Wikipedia page and write "Marvin Hagler, the great middleweight, wasn't willing to fight Holmes". Basically the same thing.

LOL. You called my bluff? I'm hurt? Listen, calling me ****** and saying I'm wrong without backing up your lies and unsourced claims doesn't win you debates.

The only thing you ever showed me to try and make your claim valid was some Wikipedia article where the author describes a welterweight/middleweight as a light heavyweight. Not to mention that both fighters had their best years in different eras. So do you really think the person who wrote that line is a reliable source?

I mentioned Hagler and Holmes because it's a good comparison of Langford and Jeffries. Hagler was a middleweight just like Langford (also a welterweight) was. And Holmes was a heavyweight just like Jeffries was. So, let's say Holmes called out Hagler for a fight and Hagler refused. Would you babble on about how Hagler ducked Holmes? Maybe if you're senile.

If someone makes a BS claim about a certain fighter, just to make their fighter look better, I'm gonna address that person on it. I addressed you and you gave me nothing in return. You didn't even realize that Langford was not only 2-3 weight classes apart from Jeffries, but he was at his best in a different decade and era.

Langford fought Johnson once; he fought everyone else several times.
