My personal choice is the era of the Fab Four, just beacause of the classic battles they all had and they were all at my favourite divusions (Welterweight/Middleweight)

The 1970s - FOTC, Manilla, Zaire and over here in the U.K. Cooper v Bugner, Buchanan vs Watt, Conteh vs Finnigan, Minter vs Finnigan which all set me up nicely for the early 1980s Leonard vs Duran & Hearns and the Fab4 chapter in boxing as mentioned above by Marvelous.

The 90's, that is my era, that era made me a hardcore fan. It wasn't the best era or a golden era. But, with Tito in it made it my favorite era.

1991-2000: So many great fighters with so many great fights between them. Roy Jones, Julio Cesar Chavez, Tito Trinidad, Evander Holyfield...Not to mention the rise of Barrera, Pacquiao, Morales and Marquez.
