Leonard again has more tittles but does that really count for much with more than one tittle for grabs at any given weight. Leonard's insistence that lalonde who was hardly an established champion not come in at his recognised fighting weight meant that lalonde was dragging his arse at the weigh-in.Leonard though a cherry picker was undoubtedly hugely skilled and a great fighter.
Fitz though himself held his punch from at least middle through to heavy and had many wins against naturally much bigger men without making them fight at stipulated weights .his tittles were also at a time when there were less weight classes and there was one champion per weight .
