Freddie Pendleton was a very good fighter, much better than his record indicates, he had bad management early in his career and he needed some time to learn the pro style but once he did he became a very good fighter. -
I like watching him, he is a versatile fighter and an underrated puncher with his right though his left is no joke.Comment

I remember when he was not highly regarded and was brought in to fight top fighter Jimmy Paul. I thought he won but Paul got the decision. I paid attention to him after that. Then he was brought in to fight former champion Roger Mayweather, wow! A star was born!Comment
