Trinidad-Hopkins

I would say this one also because it was supposed to be one the greatest middleweight bouts but turned into one of the greatest middleweight performances by Hopkins. I'd say the biggest flop of a big time hyped superfight would be Delahoya/Trinidad. Both fighters didn't exactly live up to the hype that night.

Tyson vs. Spinks for sure. Tyson/Holyfield II was a farce but by then, I expected that nonsense from Tyson. Most Frank Bruno fights too especially the second Tyson fight (obviously Bruno was only a big deal here).

DLH vs Hopkins. I was so pumped for this fight and then I was totally let down. Tito vs. Mayorga made up for it though.

Louis vs. Schmeling II. That was one of the most devastating 1 round KOs I've ever seen and the bout was hyped as the fight of the century.

Tyson/Spinks compares to that in how it ended, but doesn't even come close to the amount of hype or importance that was surrounding the rematch between Louis and Schmeling.

Louis/Schmeling II is the easy and most logical pick for this category!

Tyson-Holyfield 2. What a dissapointment. Coulda been a great fight.

I'd say Cooney v Foreman (Cooney takes a real dirt nap in round 2)

And Duran v Hearns (Duran gives Hagler all he could handle and Hearns turns around and nearly decapitates the Panamanian Legend in round 2)
