I'll say! Back in the seventies though he was one hell of a fighter. Typical 'don't-believe-the-record type guy. He was truly the Emmanuel Augustus of the seventies but was actually able to win a title and make some great defenses of it.Originally posted by mickey malone View Post

Yeah man, he was considered a great prospect and ended up with good career. I think that was meant as a step up fight for Brown who at the time was just moving into the title/contender picture as an up an comer.
