Most Successful Dives In Boxing History

    hi all
I was wanting to discuss with you guys the most impressive dives in history of boxing.

i thought of it today as i was talking to my brother about fury maybe going to china to fight and he said "fury may take a dive if the chinese govt offer him say a billion pound.
It made me think about raging bull the film where he is told to take a dive in order to get a title shot by the mafia of that day.
Can you guys speculate fights where you were convinced he took a dive for whatever reason.
they say liston took a dive in the second clay fight as he was told to or he was scared of the nation of islam. They say liston had his hand covering the lights in his eyes proving he was conscious and dived.
I'd love to know about some more fights that were su****ious to you that could have been for money or a title shot.

Bruce Seldon vs Mike Tyson. The quintessential dive.

Yo, what was that dude who Zhang fought who just fell when he touched him, while Teddy Atlas was in the background talking about how corrupt boxing was

That one was real bad. They tried to find 10 different ways to find a punch on the replay

if you watch it i reckon seldon was still not right after earlier punches because up close after second down he really looked wobbly and not there. i think it might have been overstimulation of fear combined with earlier blows but i don't reckon he was diving i reckon his mind was wobbled to find a better word.
he looked absolutely terrified like i only ever saw in tyson opponents. the only reason tyson lost to douglas is he was partying too hard the previous nights. to even be able to fight at all after shagging all night on booze is incredible on it's own, tyson had a tragic and amazing life but he said he only started to appreciate things in recent years.

The fight where the guy got hit in the shoulder and Teddy started talking about that guy having a glass shoulder?

Right, Seldon took a dive. Just because you say he didn't won't change that Bruce Seldon clearly didn't get hit and went down. Also Tyson lost to Douglas because he did. Lol tons of boxers party, have tons of *** and use drugs. If you want to use that logic then the only reason Tommy Morrison lost to Ray Mercer, Michael Bentt and Lennox Lewis was because Morrison was a party boy.
