    Havana, March 31st, (INAS) Cuban President Miguel Diaz-Canal today announced that Cuba would once again allow professional boxing matches to be licensed on the island. For the past 60 years the Cuban government has used amateur boxing as a means of exhibiting the success of the new socialist government, winning medals in international competitions became a high-profile means of promoting the ideals of new Cuba.         Castro's cousin was quoted as saying... " Its a new day Comrades... where Pesos can be had for punching each other in the face! As if to emhasize the point he turned to the minister of physical culture and laid him out with a textbook Dempsey Left Hook.
