The weird thing was, I recall the CompuBox numbers favored Castillo more in the rematch, but nobody debates who won the rematch

gonna have to rewatch this one. I think Maidana beat Mayweather though, the first time.

          - -Maidana had an uncalled delayed KD in the 2nd fight. Then he sent little Floyd squallin' fer his big Daddy that broke off the ring action, an automatic DQ. Can't turn U back in such a blatant display of cowardice as that, but of course little Floyd not bound by rules in his Hometown, hence parking himself at MGM Floydy that last half of his career.

I scored the fight 115-112 for Mayweather. I personally thought his fight with Oscar and first fight with Maidana was closer

                    - -Daddy said Oscar whooped his boy exactly how those of us who understand the scoring criteria. I'll take Daddy's word and my eyes over anything U boys got.

Any other time you would be calling Mayweather Sr. names and disparaging him. You do realize he was trying to get back in Oscar's good graces after being replaced by Freddie Roach because of a disagreement about money, right?

The fight was close. And the problem with your statement is that there is no set criteria. One judge may have liked Oscar's aggression while another leaned towards Floyd's defensive skills and counter punching. You simply don't know. At the time I had it for Oscar. Haven't watched it in forever, but I did look up the punch stats, and they lean heavily towards Mayweather.

So you can take "Daddy's" word all you'd like, but there are mitigating circumstances to his comments. And he also wasn't a judge. As far as what your eyes see? I would trust them at all. You haven't put the bottle down for an entire day in decades. Your eyes are unreliable as is your judgement and memory. And the fact that you've been caught lying so many times destroys any credibility you think you may have. Cheers!!
