This list is bogus to an extent. I have the book he wrote for it and a lot of these guys boxed in the 1800's or early 1900's. The sport wasn't the same then. Plus it hasn't been updated since 2005, no Lennox Lewis among others.

I think even attempting to make a list like this is bogus. Trying to rate fighters from vastly different eras is futile as the standards have evolved. Would Mike Tyson ever KO Jack Johnson? No one f'n knows, and no one could ever find out.
